Working Principle of Gas Cylinder Washing Machine:
The working principle of the gas cylinder washing machine primarily relies on high-pressure spray cleaning technology.
Step 1: The machine utilizes a conveying system, such as a chain track or an automatic conveyor belt, to feed the gas cylinders that require cleaning into the washing area. During this process, the cylinders enter one by one in a pre-set order and spacing, ensuring that each cylinder receives thorough cleaning.
Step 2: The baskets pass through the alkaline solution spray section, where approximately 80°C hot alkaline water is used as the cleaning agent. A high-pressure water pump circulates the hot alkaline water through the spray pipes, spraying out in a 360-degree pattern. This high-pressure, high-temperature water stream performs an initial cleaning of the gas cylinders, removing surface oil stains and most dirt. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a detergent dispensing system. Depending on the degree of dirtiness on the surface of the gas cylinders and the cleaning requirements, an appropriate amount of detergent can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.Step 3: The baskets move into the hot water spray section, where approximately 80°C hot water is used for deep cleaning. High-pressure water further rinses the gas cylinders, removing any remaining dirt and detergent residue.
Step 4: The baskets enter the fresh water recycling spray section, where clean water is used for the final rinse, ensuring that the surface of the baskets is free of any residue and meets hygiene standards.
Throughout the cleaning process, the three spray sections are independent of each other. External circulating water tanks and filters allow for easy extraction and cleaning, ensuring the recycling and filtering effect of the cleaning water. Given the unique material properties of gas cylinders, a drying system has been added to the machine. This drying equipment removes moisture from the surface of the gas cylinders, preventing rust and corrosion.
Finally, the gas cylinders, having undergone cleaning, rinsing, and drying, are conveyed out of the system, completing the entire cleaning process. Throughout the working process, the gas cylinder washing machine utilizes automated control and sensor monitoring to ensure that every step is accurate, achieving efficient and safe cleaning operations.
