The Water Cascade Retort (Sterilizer) is different from the water bath type. The spray type is mainly suitable for product packaging that cannot be immersed in high temperature water for a long time. High temperature water heats and sterilizes the product by spraying.
Applicable to:
Glass containers: glass bottles (bird's nest, meat sauce, canned food, etc.);
Metal containers: tinplate (canned fruit, canned fish, pet food, etc.), aluminum cans: (flavored beverages, etc.);
