Single Operator Return Crate Washer

This model is suitable for a wide range of crate sizes and stack heights. Typical capacities range from several hundred to thousands of crates per hour depending on crate dimensions, contamination level and wash cycle length. The return loop design means the in-feed and out-feed side are the same, allowing one operator to load dirty crates from the front. Once cleaned and dried, the crates travel back on the same conveyor path to the front for stacking. This reduces floor space, simplifies workflow, and lowers labour requirements. It is especially effective in high-volume operations where manpower is limited and space is at a premium.

The washer is built with fully welded SUS304 stainless steel housing, smooth internal surfaces, and CIP (clean-in-place) compatible piping. It uses multi-stage washing and rinsing with optional hot-air or steam drying to ensure crates are dry, clean and ready for reuse. The integrated water-filtration and recirculation system reuses rinse water, reducing fresh water usage and discharge. These features help food processors meet HACCP or customer-audit hygiene requirements while keeping operational costs under control.
