200kg/h French fries and chips production line

The French fries and potato chips production line is one of the most proficient food machinery equipment of LONKIA. This time, based on the customer's requirements, we customized this French fries and potato chips production line with an hourly output of 200kg finished products. It covers the complete production process from raw material pretreatment to product packaging. Through the machinery equipment independently developed by LONKIA and professional technical means, fine processing and efficient transformation of raw materials are achieved.

Working Principle of French Fries and Potato Chips Production Line:

Step 1: In the raw material processing stage, the elevator transports potatoes to the cleaning and peeling machine. This machine utilizes a cutting-edge brush roller to clean and peel the potatoes. After cleaning and peeling, the potatoes pass through a sorting line where defective materials are individually picked out, ensuring the quality of the potatoes entering the next process.

Step 2: The raw materials then enter the cutting process. The high-precision cutting machine employs an advanced blade design, achieving accurate cutting through precise cutting parameters and optimized mechanical structures. The cutting machine is equipped with automatic adjustment functionality, enabling it to automatically adjust the cutting force and speed based on the characteristics of the raw materials and process requirements, resulting in efficient and precise cutting.

Step 3: Next comes the blanching stage, where the fries or chips are sent to a professional blanching and cooling equipment. The precisely calibrated control system of the blanching machine ensures a constant water temperature within the optimal range, effectively removing surface free starch and destroying mold activity. After blanching, the materials quickly enter the cooling and dehydration stages. The cooling equipment rapidly reduces the material temperature, preventing further cooking or discoloration due to residual heat. The dehydration unit utilizes air drying to remove surface moisture, preparing the materials for the subsequent frying process.

Step 4: Subsequently, the materials enter a continuous frying machine equipped with a constant temperature control system and intelligent frying technology. By precisely controlling the oil temperature and frying time, the fries or chips are fried evenly, resulting in a golden color and crispy texture. The degreasing machine employs advanced centrifugal degreasing technology to effectively remove excess oil from the surface of the fries, reducing the product's fat content and enhancing its health index.

Advanced quick-freezing technology and equipment are crucial in the quick-freezing stage. By rapidly reducing the core temperature of the fries, they lock in freshness and taste. Additionally, the production line is equipped with high-speed cooling equipment and automatic packaging machines, ensuring that the quick-frozen fries are packaged promptly after cooling to prevent temperature rise and quality degradation.
